Position Summary
The Dental Clinical Lead plays a key leadership role within Compass Health Dental clinics, providing day-to-day clinical guidance to dental staff while also offering hands-on clinical support as needed. This role helps ensure high-quality, compassionate dental care, smooth clinic operations, and a supportive team environment that reflects our commitment to accessible, strengths-based care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to dental assistants and hygienists
- Support patient care through hands-on clinical assistance and patient education when needed
- Promote high standards of infection control, safety, and quality across dental operations
- Partner with the dental team to optimize workflows, productivity, and patient experience
- Assist with training, onboarding, and performance support for clinical staff
- Help ensure dental supplies, equipment, and treatment areas are well maintained and ready for care
- Foster a welcoming, respectful environment for patients and team members
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- At least two (2) years similar work experience preferred
- A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
