Job Title: Remote Marketing Lead (100% Work From Home) 

 
Location: Remote from Latin America
 
Position Type: Full Time
  
Salary: $1,500 – $1,750 USD/month base (Calibrated to portfolio quality and technical marketing tier) + an additional performance bonus of up to $500 USD/month based on marketing KPIs and company growth metrics.
  
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday. Standard operation requires structured alignment with US business hours to collaborate in real-time with internal sales, operations, and leadership teams.

Our Client is a rapidly growing, high-velocity real estate and property management firm specializing in localized communities, residential homebuilding, and community-based asset operations. They manage a diverse and expanding portfolio of residential inventory, utilizing cutting-edge customer relationship management (CRM) architectures and multi-channel digital strategies to drive high occupancy, rapidly market available inventory, and foster deep resident engagement.
 
The Role
 
Our Client is seeking a highly creative, execution-focused, and detail-oriented Creative Marketing Specialist to serve as the visual and digital engine behind their brand. Please note: This is not a high-level strategic Head of Marketing position, nor is it a narrow social media coordination role. While social media deployment is included, the primary mission of this seat is tactical execution, brand architecture, and creative asset production. Working hand-in-hand with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will transform abstract concepts into polished print/digital design collateral, maintain strict brand consistency, manage web frontends, and drive lead generation workflows.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

Branding & High-Fidelity Creative Design

 

  • Conceptualizes, designs, and refines a vast array of high-quality marketing assets for both print and digital mediums, including flyers, brochures, community maps, on-site signage, banners, sales pitch decks, and digital ad creative.

  • Safeguards visual brand governance across all corporate channels, ensuring every consumer-facing graphic represents a highly polished, professional, and unified brand identity.

  • Collaborates closely with leadership to brainstorm and visually execute promotional ideas, seasonal campaigns, and long-term brand equity initiatives.

 

Website Infrastructure & Dynamic Digital Marketing

 

  • Owns the day-to-day maintenance, content management, and visual optimization of corporate web platforms and promotional landing pages.

  • Builds dedicated web experience nodes for active promotions, regional Open Houses, community events, and targeted inbound marketing funnels.

  • Applies foundational Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to web copy and structural fields to steadily lift localized search rankings.

  • Monitors web performance data, conversion rates, and user behaviors to proactively propose user-experience (UX) layout enhancements.

 

HubSpot Automation & CRM Pipeline Support

 

  • Builds, tracks, and monitors email marketing deployments, automated custom forms, and specialized landing pages inside HubSpot.

  • Supports multi-stage marketing automation sequences to nurture incoming leads and accelerate client acquisition cycles.

  • Governs internal marketing database cleanliness, verifying data integrity and campaign attribution tracking profiles inside the CRM framework.

 

Multi-Channel Social & Inventory Marketing

 

  • Maps out, schedules, and broadcasts localized social media narratives, ensuring content tracks remain aligned with core conversion and branding targets.

  • Coordinates directly with sales and field operations teams to rapidly list available inventory, uploading pricing, promotions, and photography across corporate sites and outer listing engines.

  • Audits real estate assets continuously, ensuring sold or pending units are removed instantly to preserve absolute pricing and inventory data accuracy.

  • Tabulates and interprets monthly marketing diagnostics—tracking web traffic spikes, cost-per-lead (CPL) variables, and campaign conversion analytics to deliver clear performance reporting.

 
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
 
Required Qualifications
 
  • Marketing & Design Tenure: 2–4 years of verified professional experience directing graphic design, digital marketing, corporate branding, or content execution.

  • Elite Creative Portfolio: A mandatory, highly diverse design portfolio containing 5–8 distinct, professional examples spanning branding/logo designs, corporate print/digital marketing collateral, active social campaigns, and web/landing page structures.

  • Design Fundamentals & Theory Mastery: A sharp, demonstrable command of typography hierarchies, composition grids, conversion layout patterns, color theory principles, and print/digital production files.

  • Marketing Automation & Web Stack Literacy: Practical operational familiarity with modern website content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or comparable platforms) alongside exposure to HubSpot or related CRM engines.

  • Core Technical Tooling: Advanced mastery of Canva. Practical workspace usage of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Comfortable leveraging modern AI utilities (ChatGPT, Claude) to scale copywriting and optimization while maintaining strong human quality controls.

  • Project Governance: Superb organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to independently juggle multi-department priorities under fast deadlines.

  • Workplace Infrastructure: Ownership of a distraction-free remote home office setup, a modern computing system optimized to handle high-resolution graphic editing smoothly, and a secure, high-speed internet connection.

 
Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Prior marketing experience operating within the Real Estate, Property Management, Manufactured Housing, Homebuilding, or Multifamily Housing ecosystems.

  • Hands-on proficiency navigating specialized design software platforms including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

  • Foundational mapping or workflow automation knowledge using connection layers like Zapier.
