Our client is a prestigious 5 Star international chain hotel in Perth, Western Australia.
Reporting directly to the Director of Commerce, this position offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced luxury hotel sales professional to drive business growth across one of Perth's leading hospitality properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market share, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional commercial performance across all major market segments.
We are seeking a commercially driven Director of Sales with a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, develop long term client relationships, and lead high performing sales teams.
The successful candidate will possess strong market knowledge, an established industry network, and a demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth within luxury international hotels.
For this position, applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens, New Zealand Citizens, Permanent Residents or candidates who already hold unrestricted work rights in Australia.
Profile
• Previous experience as Director of Sales within a luxury or internationally branded 5 Star hotel
• Strong background in luxury hotel sales with proven success growing market share and driving commercial performance
• Extensive experience across Corporate, MICE, Government, Luxury Leisure and Wholesale market segments
• Strong understanding of Australian hospitality and tourism, with an established network of industry contacts
• Demonstrated success developing strategic sales plans, securing new business and growing key accounts
• Excellent commercial acumen with a good understanding of revenue strategy, budgeting and business performance
• Proven leadership experience managing, coaching and developing successful sales teams
• Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, planning and business development capabilities
