Job Title: Project Manager III
Location: Minot, ND
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally when working with dealers, contractors, architects, and clients
- Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to identify new revenue opportunities
- Supervise department staff including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and delegation of responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement procedures to maximize operational efficiency
- Review and evaluate bid opportunities alongside Estimators
- Review estimates over $50,000 to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Review contracts and ensure proper forms, submittals, and documentation are issues
- Oversee architectural reviews between Project Managers and drafting team
- Review shop drawings prior to submission and ensure timely return of approved drawings
- Issue purchase orders for glass and metal materials
- Review cut lists, metal orders, and glass orders for accuracy
- Verify field measurements and rough openings as needed
- Coordinate material ordering and fabrication schedules with PMs
- Develop weekly schedules and manpower planning for upcoming projects
- Support labor tracking and productivity monitoring systems
- Provide guidance to glaziers on proper installation procedures
- Conduct job site visits as needed
- Review punch lists and oversee project close-out documentation
- Manage and process change orders
- Support and direct Project Management staff
- Review financial, inventory, and activity reports to measure productivity and goal progress
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints
- Partner with Safety and Operations leadership to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety standards
- Attend job and departmental meetings as required
- Assist with estimating as needed
- Perform additional duties to support business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required; equivalent proven industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in commercial glazing or façade construction, with proven success managing projects from estimation through closeout.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
