Description
Type of Contract :
RegularJob Purpose:
To provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre, supporting the Centre Leader and the team in delivering quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily health checks of children as required
• Handle incoming phone calls and take messages accurately
• Maintain and organize filing systems
• Provide general classroom support as needed
• Assist with basic administrative duties and operational tasks
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Centre Leader / Cluster Manager
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic administrative and organizational abilities
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
