Description
Exhibit exceptional leadership, collaboration, and team-building skills while managing diverse, cross-functional teams. Develop and execute capture strategies and tactics that result in competitive assessments, effective teaming strategies, and robust prices-to-win analyses. Formulate clear Win Themes and Value Propositions for each capture initiative. Analyze the customer marketplace and stakeholder organizations to identify market drivers and trends, informing strategic decision making. Cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, including team partners, industry associations, and customer decision-makers. Coordinate and collaborate with line-of-business management, finance, contracts, global supply chain, technology, and engineering teams, ensuring consistent communication and effective execution. Implement sector-specific processes that enhance overall capture win rate and secure large-scale opportunities. Bachelor's degree in business, a technical field, or another relevant discipline. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Intelligence, Defense, or Federal Civilian sectors. Proven track record in leading cross-disciplinary business development and capture teams. Extensive experience managing full-cycle capture activities including strategy development, resource allocation, and customer engagement. Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) alongside adherence to BAP process standards. Excellent verbal communication skills, with prior experience in briefing executives and influencing decision makers. Strong understanding of various contract and payment types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ - single or multiple awards, FFP, T&M, Cost Plus) as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Ability to lead both local and geographically dispersed teams and manage rapid reaction processes for government responses. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at the time of application. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline, with a master's degree in a technical or business-related field. 10-15 years of industry experience in capture leadership, business development, and/or program management.
