Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, drive sales, and build long-term customer trust. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to assess client needs, and proficiency in CRM tools and account management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed quotas.

• Build and maintain long-term trust with customers.

• Assess client needs and provide suitable solutions to meet those needs.

• Utilize CRM tools to manage account information and processes.

• Analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.

• Proven skills in managing client accounts and driving sales.

• Strong ability to assess client needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and account management processes.

• Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail and hospitality industry.

• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
