Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Collection and planting, pruning, cleaning of the area, transport of waste, planting of matrix, notching, cleaning of tubes, transport of trays and tubes, substrate preparation, seedling irrigation programming, fertilizer preparation, first selection, second selection , third selection, expedition, removal of seedlings, transport of seedlings in trolleys, transportation of tables in trolleys, application of pesticides, quality control, scraper grinding, nozzle cleaning, chip cleaning, loading and unloading of truck with boxes with seedlings and emptyings, grouting of seedlings, transport of boxes with seedlings, filling of plug and cleaning, cleaning of sheds and greenhouses, filling of canaletoes with sand and gravel and removal, cleaning of nursery area, EC verification. • Ensure the execution of activities with quality and safety, contributing to cost reduction. • Use personal and collective protective equipment as well as comply with company safety rules and procedures. • Participate in specific training; commitment to activities and focus on continuous improvement; attitudes aligned with company values (cultural pillars) • Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.Disclaimer:
