What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized chiropractic treatment plans.
- Provide adjustments using Activator, Diversified full-spine, and drop-table techniques.
- Educate patients on home exercises, wellness, and maintaining their progress.
- Monitor patient outcomes and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
- Work with the office team to deliver a welcoming, efficient patient experience.
- Gradually take on greater responsibility for the office as the owner transitions toward retirement.
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
- Active Minnesota chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong adjusting, communication, and patient relationship skills.
- A dependable, collaborative approach and commitment to quality care.
- Interest in a long-term role with the potential to lead the office.
- $85K annually depending on experience + Bonus opportunities
