Who We Are Seeking
Left Field Labs is currently looking to partner with Freelancers and Independent Contractors remotely! If you are a forward thinking human ready to work on cutting edge technologies with an out of the box creative imagination, then we invite you to join us as we build our rosters and enrich our teams!
At Left Field Labs, we design and build category-defining spatial and digital environments. Our work spans multi-year enterprise briefing centers, interactive trade show activations, custom physical fabrication, and real-time software systems for our partners.
We believe the strongest teams bring together people from diverse backgrounds, non-linear career paths, and varied lived experiences. We intentionally evaluate potential, problem-solving, and adaptability over rigid pedigree. Even if you do not check every single box outlined below, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
Associate Producer (AP)
The Associate Producer keeps our project engines running smoothly. You will collaborate closely with mid-level and senior producers to organize digital asset flows, manage physical logistics, and support onsite operations across active accounts.
What You’ll Do
Maintain day-to-day project schedules, issue trackers, and status boards using tools like Jira, Asana, and Google Workspace
Track digital and physical deliverables across motion graphics, interactive software builds, and scenic fabrication details
Assist with financial tracking, reconciling contractor hours, processing purchase orders, and monitoring vendor estimates against budget caps
Support onsite operations during load-in, live activation days, and strike, helping coordinate local hands, vendor deliveries, and run-of-show logistics
Capture clear meeting notes, organize team action items, and flag emerging blockers to project leads early
What You Bring
Demonstrable project coordination or production experience within an interactive agency, live events firm, film/commercial house, or creative technology team
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to daily problem-solving
Understanding of basic production lifecycles—whether in digital content pipelines, AV hardware, or physical fabrication
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to distill messy details into organized action items
Producer
The Producer leads the day-to-day execution of integrated interactive installations and standalone trade show environment. You will bridge the physical and digital worlds, coordinating scenic fabricators, AV integrators, creative technologists, and software developers to deliver polished experiences on time and within budget.
What You’ll Do
Manage mid-scale experiential projects from kickoff through post-event wrap, taking ownership of scope, timelines, deliverables, and margins
Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning creative technologists, Unity/Unreal developers, 3D animators, and scenic builders
Source and manage external vendors, fabricators, and technical partners; establish clear scopes of work and hold partners accountable to milestones
Serve as a primary client contact, leading regular status touchpoints, managing feedback loops, and clearly documenting scope adjustments
Lead onsite load-ins, technical rehearsals, live show operations, and strikes, maintaining composure and steady decision-making under fast-paced event conditions
What You Bring
Direct experience leading experiential, interactive, or multi-disciplinary creative projects from concept through installation
Comfort interfacing with technical and physical disciplines—understanding how scenic build schedules intersect with software development sprints and AV integration
Experience managing project budgets up to $1.5M, with an eye toward protecting profitability and managing client scope creep constructively
A collaborative, adaptable mindset and strong client-facing communication skills
Senior Producer (SP)
The Role
The Senior Producer acts as the operational anchor for flagship enterprise programs, including multi-year Executive Briefing Centers and major convention footprints. You will lead multi-disciplinary pods, drive high-end fabrication operations, oversee complex technical integrations, and build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream spatial and digital projects, balancing long-lead architectural construction with real-time software development
Direct dedicated client pods, mentoring Associate Producers and Producers while maintaining visibility into all active deliverables
Own overall project financial health: build detailed budget estimates, monitor burn rates, lead value engineering when needed, and protect project gross margins
Oversee fabrication partners and technical vendors, establishing quality control standards, review gates, and shop-visit cadences
Serve as the trusted day-to-day partner for senior client stakeholders, translating complex technical and logistical realities into clear business decisions
Help evaluate and onboard freelance talent, supporting our contract-to-hire pipeline and scaling production best practices across the studio
What You Bring
Extensive track record of leading large-scale experiential builds, permanent installations, or interactive environments exceeding $2M in scope
Deep practical knowledge of physical scenic fabrication, architectural dependencies, enterprise AV systems, and real-time interactive engines (Unity, Unreal, WebGL)
Proven success managing multi-stakeholder enterprise client relationships through ambiguous or evolving project requirements
Strong leadership baseline: experience guiding, mentoring, and empowering team members while keeping delivery standards high
A solution-oriented mindset that balances ambitious creative visions with realistic operational planning
Executive Producer (EP)
The Role
The Executive Producer leads operational strategy, portfolio health, and resourcing across multiple enterprise accounts. In this role, you will partner with studio leadership and client executives to shape multi-year engagements, optimize pod structures, and drive sustainable growth across our experiential and digital practice.
What You’ll Do
Oversee delivery performance and profitability across an account portfolio representing $10M+ in annual production spend
Structure and balance account pods, forecasting resource requirements and managing a flexible blend of core staff and freelance specialists
Manage commercial agreements and enterprise incentive models (e.g., holding network volume thresholds, tiered rate cards, and multi-year master service agreements)
Serve as an executive advisor and escalation point for senior client leaders, building lasting partnerships based on operational transparency and high-caliber delivery
Standardize production methodologies, establishing consistent templates, vendor rate benchmarks, and trial evaluation frameworks across all pods
Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe production culture that values curiosity, mutual support, and sustainable pacing
What You Bring
Executive-level production leadership experience within an experiential agency, digital innovation shop, or creative consultancy
Demonstrated history of managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios with direct P&L and gross margin accountability
Sophisticated understanding of commercial contracting, master service agreements, vendor procurement, and resource planning
Experience overseeing both physical architectural builds (briefing centers, brand hubs) and digital/interactive installations
Inspiring people leadership skills with a proven record of building, coaching, and retaining diverse, high-performing production teams
