Wisconsin Distributors is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our delivery team as a Route Driver Helper in the Janesville area!

If you enjoy staying active, working in a team-oriented environment, and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! You'll work alongside experienced Route Drivers to deliver beverage products to our valued customers while gaining hands-on experience in the beverage distribution industry.

No CDL required to start! We provide training and opportunities to advance your career and increase your earning potential as you work toward obtaining your CDL.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Assist Route Drivers with the safe and efficient delivery of beverage products to customer accounts.
• Safely unload, move, and merchandise beverage products throughout the workday.
• Stock, rotate, and organize products at customer locations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while building positive relationships with customers.
• Work closely with Route Drivers to ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Utilize mobile technology, including iPads, to support delivery and account activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Must obtain a CDL permit (temps) within two weeks of hire — company training provided.
• Ability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 165 pounds of product.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a positive, patient attitude.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable using mobile technology, including iPads.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety.
• Proven ability to collaborate with others while maintaining a positive, team-oriented approach.
