This role is responsible for operating various types of powered industrial trucks, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit-down forklifts, to pick, move, locate, stack, and count product. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $20.00 to $25.00 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. 

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role: 

 

• Safely operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit-down forklifts to move/pick product throughout the warehouse. 

• Load and unload materials from trailers and storage areas. 

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs. 

• Pick, stage, and transport materials according to work orders and inventory systems. 

• Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits. 

• Accurately complete required paperwork and system entries for material movement.

• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA regulations. 

 

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 

 

What We are Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• 1–2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment. 

• Valid certification or license to operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit-down forklifts. 

• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, manifests, and quality standards. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
