Description
A path for every ambition.
At HUB, we believe the best work happens when people are given real space to grow and then given the autonomy to exercise it. We power progress and protect ambition: for the clients who count on us, and equally for the people who make that possible every day.
We’re creative thinkers and determined doers, guided by values that show up in how we work together: with empathy, adaptability, accountability and a genuine commitment to one another’s success. We foster bold ideas, celebrate curiosity and share what we know. Because when people grow, the work they do grows with them.
Our purpose is deeply human: to help people navigate the world on their terms, at their speed, toward their future. We hold that same commitment to the people building careers here.
Whether you’re starting out or leveling up, you’ll find the resources to evolve, the support to take on more and a team ready to back you at every stage.
Your ambition has a home here.
Rocket Flood is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of its independent insurance agency distribution network.
This position is responsible for driving prospective agencies through the full agency acquisition process, from initial outreach and interest generation through platform demonstrations, sales conversion, and completion of the agency onboarding process.
The BDR will generate new opportunities through targeted outbound calling and email outreach while managing leads generated through Rocket Flood’s existing marketing campaigns, inbound channels, and strategic partnerships. The individual will be responsible for conducting platform demonstrations, following up with interested agencies, overcoming objections, and guiding prospects through each stage of the appointment and onboarding workflow.
Once trained, this individual will conduct demonstrations across all assigned lead sources and own the sales attribution for agencies they demonstrate the platform to and subsequently advance through the acquisition process.
The role requires strong sales and marketing fundamentals, relationship-building skills, presentation abilities, follow-up discipline, and comfort working across multiple software systems. The ideal candidate is confident engaging insurance agency owners and producers, can quickly learn Rocket Flood’s technology and value proposition, and is motivated by measurable business development outcomes.
This is a hands-on sales position that combines outbound prospecting, lead conversion, platform demonstrations, pipeline management, and onboarding support.
Primary Objective
The primary objective is to increase the number of agencies appointed and onboarded onto Rocket Flood by consistently generating interest, converting qualified prospects, and moving agencies through the sales and onboarding funnel.
- Minimum organizational target: 15 completed agency onboardings per week.
- Growth objective: 25 organic agency onboardings per week.
These are organizational targets supported by the collective business development process, rather than an independently assigned weekly quota of 15 or 25 for this individual.
Success will be measured by the representative’s ability to generate qualified interest, conduct effective demonstrations, convert prospects, maintain pipeline momentum, and contribute to completed agency onboardings.
