About the role
Our purpose
At Orange Business, we help customers become more autonomous by using web, data and AI technologies to deliver world-class digital experiences.
As the company accelerates its digital transformation, we are developing a composable, data-driven ecosystem built on APIs, microservices and reusable web components. Our e-commerce platforms support this ambition by giving customers and B2B2C partners a seamless view of their products and services.
Development is delivered by our System Integrator partner. The partner builds; our internal team owns production, operational readiness, quality, architecture and the overall operating model.
We are also introducing AI-powered conversational solutions across our shops and showcase portals. The team will own their integration, deployment, testing and operation.

As E-commerce Technical Director, you will lead the technical and operational direction of Orange Business’ e-commerce platforms, including the Shop within the Newco Program and its end-to-end digital integrations.
