Sr. Manager, Transformation & Value Creation

 Location: Remote 

Travel Requirements: Up to 20% 

Job Summary  
PatientPoint is undergoing an enterprise-wide Transformation to accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and unlock value across the business. As part of the Value Creation Plan (VCP), the Senior Manager, Transformation & Value Creation will own day-to-day execution of commercial workstreams, starting with pricing and our advertising technology and commercial model. Working directly with the SVP of Transformation, workstream executives, and client-facing teams, this person turns commercial strategy into measurable results and keeps PatientPoint’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors informed on progress. 

This role is ideal for a strategy consultant with 2+ years at a leading firm, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear executive communication, and an interest in commercial strategy at a healthcare-focused company.  

 

What You’ll Do  

• Own day-to-day execution of assigned VCP workstreams, starting with pricing and advertising technology and commercial model work, tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, and results. 

• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to put pricing guardrails, deal approvals, and commercial process changes into practice with client-facing teams. 

• Build the analysis behind commercial decisions, including pricing impact models, business cases, opportunity sizing, and performance tracking. 

• Coordinate cross-functional and external partners, including consulting teams, on business requirements, vendor selection, and implementation milestones. 

• Prepare executive, steering committee, and Board materials that summarize progress, issues, and the decisions needed on each workstream. 

• Structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, recommendations, and action plans and follow them through to execution. 

What We Need  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field. 

• 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey preferred), or equivalent experience in strategy, program management, or transformation roles. 

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including building business cases and quantifying impact. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing materials for senior executive audiences. 

Desired Qualifications  

• Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, sales operations, or go-to-market work, ideally in healthcare, pharma, media, or advertising. 

• Exposure to advertising, media, or marketing measurement. 

• Experience running workstreams within multi-workstream transformation or strategy programs. 

• Experience designing and testing commercial changes, such as pricing, offers, or go-to-market, and measuring the results. 

What You'll Need to Succeed  

• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous commercial questions and move them to a decision. 

• Comfort working with sales and client-facing teams, using data to work through disagreement. 

• High EQ and strong collaboration skills, with ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment. 

Base Salary Band: $142,300-$202,400
