The position embeds capability development into daily operations to strengthen workforce readiness, operational discipline, and continuous performance improvement.

Why This Role Matters

• Lead plant-level CSD governance, monitor KPIs and implementation effectiveness, support maturity assessments and audits, and provide insights to regional and global teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in HR, Manufacturing Excellence, Learning & Development, or related disciplines are preferred.

• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, workforce capability development, or learning & development environments, including hands-on experience with Lean/TPM/WCM operating systems, capability frameworks, and structured process deployment in plant settings.

• Proven experience partnering with plant HR, operations leadership, and frontline teams to strengthen capability and performance; experience in training/coaching, change management, matrix organizations, and HR/learning systems is preferred.
