Overhead Door Company of Kansas City™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Service Supervisor to join our team in Olathe, KS. In this role, you will lead and coordinate field technicians, drive operational efficiency, and ensure outstanding service delivery to our customers. What You'll Do
- Manage technician performance by setting and enforcing high customer service standards
- Lead, coach, and develop staff for future advancement and professional growth
- Efficiently coordinate field schedules and manage workforce utilization to minimize labor variances
- Oversee staffing decisions in compliance with company hiring, counseling, and performance management policies
- Ensure accurate work orders and manage WIP inventory and returns to optimize warehouse processes
- Handle operational tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring
- Minimum 1–3 years of management or leadership experience
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and leading teams
- Strong communication, organizational, mechanical, and mathematical aptitudes
- Ability to engage professionally with customers and represent the company brand effectively
- Must possess a valid driver's license
