Description
Our client, a major multinational, is expanding its TMT growth organization in DACH and is looking for a Digital Business and Innovation Lead to identify new business models that could be sold with and through telecom, media, and technology clients. Examples of these types of agreements would include managed security, managed SDWan, Microsoft Teams Voice Products - solutions that a telco's enterprise teams can take to market on a white-labelled basis and our client can ultimately deliver.
The role is focused on helping clients identify and realize new sources of growth, new business models and new forms of monetization. It combines strategic thinking, industry expertise and commercial execution.
This is not a classical sales or delivery role. The mandate is to identify relevant client challenges, shape differentiated propositions and create opportunities together with Client Partners, Consulting, Technology Solutions, global capabilities and ecosystem partners.
Core Mandate
- Build and own the B2B2X and Digital Business growth agenda for TMT DACH
- Develop new propositions addressing growth, monetization and business model transformation
- Engage senior client stakeholders across business, strategy, digital and technology functions
- Create cross-account opportunities and scalable industry plays
- Shape strategic pursuits and support large-deal development

What We Are Looking For
- A commercial and strategic profile with strong TMT industry understanding and the ability to turn ideas into client opportunities.
Ideally:
- 10+ years in telecom, media, digital business, consulting or technology
- Strong understanding of B2B, digital platforms or ecosystem business models
- Experience developing propositions or new commercial models
- Strong strategic consulting and client-facing capabilities
- Proven ability to build business cases and shape transformation agendas
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial orientation
- Experience working across functions, countries and partner ecosystems
- Ability to combine business strategy with technology understanding
Success in the Role

Positioning
- This is a horizontal growth role within TMT DACH with impact across several strategic accounts rather than ownership of one specific client
- The successful candidate will be a core member of the TMT Growth Office

German speaking capability is preferred but is not mandatory (although candidates should have some conversational German)
