ABOUT THE ROLE
Absolute Airflow, a Lee's Air, Plumbing & Heating Company, is hiring a Plumbing Field Supervisor to run the plumbing sales supervisor model we use in Fresno. This is not an entry-level role.
In this model, our plumbing service technicians diagnose and complete repairs, and turn larger opportunities — replacements, repipes, sewer and drain line work, water heaters, and system upgrades — over to the Plumbing Field Supervisor. You meet with the homeowner, walk them through what the technician found, present repair and replacement options, and help them choose the right solution for their home.
You work alongside the technicians in the field, back them up on in-home presentations, and help them get better at spotting and presenting options to homeowners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Educate homeowners about their plumbing systems so they can make informed decisions
• Review the technician's diagnosis and recommend solutions that fit the home and the customer's needs
• Coach and develop the plumbing technicians you work with on presenting options
• Follow up on open estimates and turned-over leads in ServiceTitan
• Work toward sales goals set by the VP of Sales and General Manager
• Arrive in uniform in a branded company truck; this role does not perform plumbing repairs on the job
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• At least 2 years of professional plumbing experience
• Ability to diagnose plumbing problems and recommend solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer communication and an outgoing personality
• Dependability, a strong work ethic, and pride in clean, professional work
• Willingness to coach others and keep developing your own skills
• In-home or residential sales experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
