Join Snoonuâs Expansion Team in Oman and play a key role in bringing the regionâs fastest-growing super app to thousands of merchants. As an Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding restaurants, cafĂŠs, retail stores, and other businesses onto the Snoonu platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, and being part of a high-growth startup environment where every partnership makes a difference.
đ What Youâll Get Your Hands On:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants across assigned territories and categories.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with business owners and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline to consistently achieve monthly onboarding targets.
- Collect and verify merchant documentation required for onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant activation and launch.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and acquisition progress in CRM systems.
- Represent Snoonu professionally and act as a trusted partner to merchants throughout the onboarding journey.

- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1â3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
⨠Bonus Points if You Have:
- Previous experience in food delivery, e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or technology industries.
- Valid GCC/International/Omani driving license and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
