Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This role is an integral part of a Personal Lines department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance servicing, a proactive approach to client management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
• Incentives: 20% commission on any account rounding and new business brought into the agency

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of policy servicing, including policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
• Provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of approximately 6,000 clients with $20M in premiums
• Collaborate with the Sales and Quoting Specialist teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is a significant advantage but not mandatory
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
