Inviting applications for the role of RCM – Process Developer (5B) – Payment Posting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Receivable (RCM) Process Developer to own and execute end-to-end management of AR Follow-up and Denials Management, Billing & Collection. In this dynamic role, you will manage follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims with insurance payers and period-end reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will leverage strong analytical skills to investigate open balance. The ideal candidate possesses deep, hands-on experience with RCM.

• undefinedResponsibilities·       Post payments from ERA, EOB, lockbox, manual remittance, and patient payment sources.·       Apply contractual and non-contractual adjustments according to client and payer guidelines.·       Reconcile payment batches, deposits, remittance details, and posting totals before completion.·       Document posting actions and exception reasons clearly in the billing system.·       Support month-end and daily cash reconciliation activities as required.·       Meet transaction accuracy, productivity, turnaround time, and compliance standards.

  Minimum Qualifications

  Relevant years of AR experience with digital finance operations.

   

  Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
