Job Title: Remote Property Manager (100% Work From Home)
Position Overview
Our Client is a Colorado-based real estate investment and development firm managing a diverse portfolio across the mountain markets of Colorado. Operating as a nimble, high-trust team, our client combines long-term asset strategy with rapid execution and a strong commitment to leveraging AI and modern property management technology. Built on a culture of high ownership, proactive communication, and operational efficiency, our client provides a collaborative remote platform where property management expertise directly protects asset value and elevates tenant satisfaction across a multi-asset portfolio.
About the Role
Our Client is seeking an organized, tech-forward Remote Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a diverse mixed-use portfolio, including RV resorts/extended-stay parks, small multifamily units, retail buildings, commercial condos, self-storage facilities, and light industrial/flex office space. Reporting directly to the Business Director, this team member will handle tenant communications, lease renewals, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and software administration while keeping remote field teams organized and accountable.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Property Operations & Tenant Relations
-
Serves as the primary point of contact for tenant communications, inquiries, lease renewals, rent collection, and move-in/move-out workflows across all asset classes.
-
Manages high-volume inbound email and phone communications from tenants, vendors, onsite facility staff, and ownership with rapid response times.
-
Coordinates maintenance requests and vendor relationships—scheduling services, following up on work orders, and closing out tasks efficiently.
-
Assists the reservation manager with booking workflows and guest inquiries for the high-activity RV resort and extended-stay properties.
-
Maintains real-time accuracy within property management software databases and tracks key portfolio performance metrics.
-
Administers property documentation, correspondence logs, and general administrative workstreams for the Business Director.
Team Coordination & Field Leadership
-
Coordinates daily with onsite facility managers and reservation staff, supporting and organizing remote field teams.
-
Acts as the primary point of alignment for third-party property management companies utilized across specific portfolio assets.
-
Enforces operational standards, project timelines, and accountability across field teams without requiring a physical presence.
-
Builds scalable systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and administrative workflows to enhance portfolio-wide operational efficiency.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
-
Property Management Experience: 3–5+ years of professional property management experience, with a background spanning commercial, mixed-use, or multifamily asset classes.
-
Multi-Asset & Remote Oversight: Proven capability to coordinate onsite facility teams, vendors, and third-party property managers remotely while holding teams accountable to deadlines.
-
Tech & AI Adoption Mindset: High comfort level utilizing property technology and a strong willingness to adopt AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Notion AI) to streamline workflows and administrative execution.
-
Software & Communication Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook calendar/email management, Excel, Word) and property management database platforms.
-
High-Volume Communication Management: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume daily email and phone correspondence calmly and systematically under competing priorities.
-
Fluent English Communication: Native-level written and spoken English skills to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, field staff, and US executive leadership.
-
Schedule Alignment: Full availability to work standard US Mountain Time (MT) business hours.
-
Remote Workspace Infrastructure: Modern workstation setup, HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, and enterprise-grade high-speed internet connection.
-
Experience managing RV parks, glamping sites, extended-stay facilities, or short-term rental operations.
-
Hands-on proficiency with enterprise property management software platforms such as Yardi, Buildium, AppFolio, or RealPage.
-
Direct experience overseeing or auditing third-party property management vendor relationships.
