The ideal candidate should have experience working with B2B technology products, SaaS platforms, fleet telematics, GPS tracking, connected vehicles, fleet management software, or IoT mobility solutions.
The role involves managing enterprise customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction and retention, handling escalations, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.
