A). Act as a technical / process subject matter resource in the ADT area.
B). Enhance ADT skills and knowledge of area personnel and related roles through coaching on area process, equipment, engineering, reliability principles, Life Critical Standards, etc.
C). Perform or assist in process related root cause or failure analysis. Leverage and communicate the results to operate plant personnel for learning purposes. Ensure thorough and timely pre-investigations occur.
D). Maintain a high involvement in formal training process and qualification of team members on plant process.
E). Create, review, modify and approve operational procedures to ensure sound operating discipline.
