Join Löwen Apotheke as a Pharmacist in our preparation and storage department, where you'll take on a responsible specialist role focused on pharmaceutical quality rather than retail sales. Your duties include professional approval and control of all prepared prescriptions, monitoring production according to pharmaceutical regulations, organizing and controlling workflows in the preparation area, checking raw materials, identities, batches, and documentation, maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in preparation and storage areas, monitoring storage conditions (temperature, light, cooling), controlling incoming goods for quality and pharmaceutical correctness, releasing blocked or suspicious goods in the system, and clarifying deviations, stock discrepancies, and quality issues. This position requires German pharmacy licensure, experience or secure knowledge in prescription preparation and pharmaceutical documentation, willingness to take responsibility for storage and production processes, and the ability to work in a structured and regulatory-compliant manner.

Diese Rolle ist eine verantwortliche Fachposition im Hintergrund der Apotheke.
Du arbeitest nicht im Verkauf, sondern in der Rezeptur und im Lager, wo die Qualität der Arzneimittel entschieden wird. Der Fokus liegt auf Kontrolle, Struktur und Einhaltung der Vorschriften. Du sorgst dafür, dass hergestellt, gelagert und dokumentiert wird, wie es rechtlich und fachlich korrekt ist. Die Arbeit ist ruhig, aber anspruchsvoll, weil Fehler direkte Konsequenzen haben. Wer Verantwortung für Prozesse übernehmen will, ist hier richtig.
## Aufgaben
- Fachliche Freigabe und Kontrolle aller hergestellten Rezepturen
- Überwachung der Herstellung nach pharmazeutischen Vorschriften
- Organisation und Kontrolle der Arbeitsabläufe in der Rezeptur
- Prüfung von Rohstoffen, Identitäten, Chargen und Dokumentationen
- Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Hygiene im Rezeptur- und Lagerbereich
- Überwachung von Lagerbedingungen (Temperatur, Licht, Kühlung)
- Kontrolle von Wareneingängen auf Qualität und pharmazeutische Korrektheit
- Freigabe gesperrter oder auffälliger Ware im System
- Klärung von Abweichungen, Fehlbeständen und Qualitätsproblemen (gelegentlich)
## Qualifikation
- Approbation als Apothekerin in Deutschland
- Erfahrung oder sichere Kenntnisse in Rezeptur und pharmazeutischer Dokumentation
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für Lager und Herstellungsprozesse zu übernehmen
- Fähigkeit, strukturiert und regelkonform zu arbeiten
