Overview
This role involves steel lattice mast construction including assembly of heavy steel components up to 100 meters high (new construction and mast reinforcement), cable pulling technology including pulling, regulating and clamping bundle conductors and fiber optic earth wires using heavy winch and brake technology, fitting installation including field spacers, vibration dampers and insulator chains directly on the conductor wire (vehicle work), maintenance including carrying out renovation work while complying with complex safety regulations in the high-voltage area, documentation support in recording installation progress and quality inspections, and deployment area across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region). Requirements include completed technical apprenticeship ideally as electronics technician for operating technology, metalworker, construction mechanic or scaffolder, specialized knowledge in overhead line construction or steel high-rise construction is advantageous (career changers with high motivation welcome), unrestricted fitness for heights (G41) and physical resilience in any weather, high willingness to travel for week-long installation assignments throughout Germany, high sense of responsibility for compliance with the "5 safety rules" and handling of fall protection equipment (PSAgA), Class B driver's license, and German and/or English language skills. Wir suchen ab sofort weltweit Freileitungsmonteure (m/w/d) für den Bereich:
Höchstspannung/Übertragungsnetz, als Angestellte in unserem Unternehmen. Für Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz (DACH-Region).
## Aufgaben
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben in unserem Team
- Stahlgittermastbau: Montage von schweren Stahlbauteilen in Höhen bis zu 100 Metern
- (Neubau und Mastverstärkung)
- Seilzugtechnik: Einziehen, Regulieren und Klemmen von Bündelleitern sowie
- Lichtwellenleiter-Erdseilen (LWL) unter Einsatz schwerer Winden- und Bremstechnik
- Armaturenmontage: Installation von Feldabstandshaltern, Schwingungsdämpfern und
- Isolatorenketten direkt am Leiterseil (Fahrwagenarbeit)
- Instandhaltung: Durchführung von Sanierungsarbeiten unter Einhaltung komplexer
- Sicherheitsvorgaben im Bereich der Höchstspannung
- Dokumentation: Unterstützung bei der Protokollierung von Montagefortschritten und
- Qualitätsprüfungen
- Einsatzgebiet: Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz (DACH-Region)
## Qualifikation
Passende Qualifikationen
- Fachlicher Hintergrund: Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, idealerweise als
- Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik, Metallbauer, Konstruktionsmechaniker oder Gerüstbauer
- Spezialwissen: Erfahrung im Freileitungsbau oder im Stahlhochbau ist von Vorteil;
- Quereinsteiger mit hoher Motivation sind willkommen
- Physische Eignung: Uneingeschränkte Höhentauglichkeit (G41) und körperliche
- Belastbarkeit bei jeder Witterung
- Mobilität: Hohe Reisebereitschaft für wochenweise Montageeinsätze im gesamten
- Bundesgebiet
- Sicherheit: Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Einhaltung der „5 Sicherheitsregeln“
- und den Umgang mit PSA gegen Absturz (PSAgA)
- Führerscheinklasse B
- Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und/oder Englisch
