Position Title: Engineering Technician
Working Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 5.00pm; Sat: 8.00am -12.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the building and ensure heating, lighting, and ventilation systems are functioning properly.
Carry out general maintenance works such as painting, wall patching, plumbing repairs, air-conditioning servicing, and maintenance of electrical switches and fixtures.
Perform routine preventive maintenance checks.
Inspect and monitor building machinery and equipment regularly.
Report any security or asset-related issues observed.
Follow emergency response procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Support evacuation procedures during emergencies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience is preferred.
Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance works.
Able to carry out general repair and maintenance tasks independently.
