Overview
As a Laborer for Roads and Grounds, you'll perform a variety of maintenance tasks at Hunter Army Airfield. Your responsibilities include trimming and felling trees using chainsaws and pole saws, cutting grass with various mowing equipment, trimming hedges and edging walkways, planting grass, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and performing facility repairs such as painting fences and gates. You may also clean comfort stations and operate lift trucks for tree trimming. The position requires physical fitness, experience with power tools, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
