Overview
As an Inventory Accounting Clerk, you'll manage the inventory control system under the supervision of the Billing Supervisor. Your responsibilities include maintaining and updating inventory records, ensuring accurate billing for assigned branches, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and processing credits. You'll also create IP, process tax credits, report stock issues to management, place product orders, and print/mail invoices to customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), excellent communication skills, and the ability to work irregular hours when needed.

Overview
Our corporate headquarters is seeking an inventory accounting clerk to manage the inventory control system under the supervision of the Billing Supervisor, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze the results of operations, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Ensure billing is processed for assigned branches
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Process credits, match & save.
- Create IP
- Process tax credits
- Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary
- Print and mail invoices to customers
- Receiving material
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Some experience in inventory control
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
