Overview
As a Planning Assistant, you will identify, analyze, and resolve material constraints, track and report on mitigation actions, and review material positions to allocate mitigations based on build priority. You will work closely with internal Supply Chain teams and support tiered meetings to ensure material shortage resolutions. The role requires competency in MS Office applications, SAP, and strong interpersonal and prioritization skills. This is an onsite position in Singapore.

What You Will Do
Material Mitigation & Recovery
- Identify, analyze and resolve material constraints
- Track, report and follow up on mitigation actions to closure
- Review on-hand and in-transit material positions to allocate mitigations based on build priority
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal Supply Chain (Procurement & Vendor Control)
- Support tiered meetings, ensuring material shortage resolutions
Qualifications You Must Have
- Higher NITEC/NITEC in any disciplines
- Fully competent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills
- Good working knowledge of SAP
