Our client is a well-established technology consulting firm entering a dynamic growth phase, with strong momentum in AI and Data. To accelerate this next stage, they are hiring an AI Platform Consultant to join the team.
About the role
A reputable organization is seeking for an AI consultant to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a strong focus on LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI platform engineering. You will lead end-to-end AI solution design, translating business problems into scalable architectures, overseeing development of microservices, APIs, and pipelines on cloud or hybrid environments, and making key decisions on model selection, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning strategies. A core part of the role is to define and implement RAG pipelines establish robust prompt patterns and ensure AI applications meet performance, cost, and quality targets. You will also help shape AI platform capabilities using cloud AI services and MLOps tooling, putting in place standards for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management, while working with security and compliance teams to meet governance, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements. As the primary AI subject matter expert, you will advise senior stakeholders, run use-case and roadmap workshops, mentor technical teams on modern AI practices, and ensure that AI solutions are well integrated into existing enterprise data ecosystems and systems.
The Successful Candidate
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks and agent frameworks for building AI workflows and multi‑step reasoning pipelines.
- Exposure to enterprise data architectures (data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouses) and modern analytics stacks.
- Understanding of responsible AI, model risk management, and AI‑related regulatory trends in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Prior experience in a consulting, technology services, or product environment leading multi‑disciplinary delivery teams
- Good command in English and Chinese will be an advantage
