$55,000 – $62,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Support payroll coordination and reporting
• Partner with managers on employee relations and HR matters
• Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Assist with performance management and HR projects

Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred:

• HR or payroll experience
• Paylocity or QuickBooks experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
