Creative Associate

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at AIO. In this role, you’ll be

responsible for creating both digital and on-premises design assets for restaurants. From social media posts and

digital menus to printed flyers and in-store branding, your designs will help restaurants stand out and connect

with their audience.

You’ll also work on developing brand books and pitch decks that communicate value in a clear, creative, and

strategic way.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for restaurants, including social media content, digital menus, and marketing assets.
• Create print-ready designs for on-premises materials like posters, table tents, standees, and packaging.
• Develop brand books that define visual identity and design guidelines for restaurant clients.
• Design visually compelling pitch decks to support client presentations.
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

What are we looking for and what does it need to be the right fit for this role?

• Proven experience as a graphic designer.
• Strong portfolio covering digital, print, branding, and presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Good eye for detail, layout, typography, and colour.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Basic understanding of content strategy and brand building.

Preferred:

• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Familiarity with storytelling through design.
