Ensuring the uninterupted operation of the application landscape at ZOLL CMS EMEA and the respective country the position was filled in.

Responsibilities:

• Administration, installation, configuration, and support of server-side applications based on Microsoft Server 2012 and later across multiple European locations
• Ensuring stable operations through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem resolution, process optimization, and application monitoring
• Planning, coordinating, and independently managing IT and software projects within the IT Application Team from initiation to completion
• Participating in requirements analysis for software requests and contributing to the implementation and further development of new software solutions
• Coordinating internal IT resources, business departments, external service providers, and software vendors on all application-related matters
• Deploying updates, hotfixes, and software releases in coordination with relevant departments and external partners
• Installation, configuration, and administration of client systems across various European countries
• Maintenance and support of the Cisco telephony system
• Providing 3rd-level IT end-user support for European locations via phone, remote access, and email
• Analyzing technical issues and delivering efficient, sustainable solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
• Communicating clearly and effectively with users and stakeholders to foster collaboration and avoid misunderstandings

• Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in business informatics
• Experience with System-/ and Database integration (authorization, authentication, VPN)
• Experience with System Architecture and Scripting (Python, Powershell)
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 20%), including weekends
•  Fluent English skills with an aptitude for effective communication at all levels
• Experience in project management
