Technical Partnerships & Integration Manager
Department: G&A
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Remote
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner relationships. Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of technology partners. Build trust, keep communication clear, and resolve issues quickly.
- Scope and launch integrations. Work with partners and our internal teams to define requirements, document technical specifications, and guide integrations from kickoff through launch.
- Coordinate across teams. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success so integrations are prioritized, well built, and properly launched and supported.
- Create documentation and enablement materials. Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integration guides, API onboarding materials, and internal playbooks so partners and colleagues can succeed on their own.
- Track performance. Monitor integration adoption, usage, and partner health metrics, and use that data to spot opportunities and risks.
- Improve the partner program. Help refine our onboarding processes, certification steps, and partner tooling as the program scales.
- Gather feedback. Bring insights from partners and customers back to the Product team to shape the integration roadmap.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, solutions engineering, integrations, technical account management, implementation, or a similar role at a software or SaaS company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate concepts and requirements to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage several projects and relationships at once, stay organized, and meet deadlines – startup or scale-up experience a plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys, and common data formats like JSON.
- Comfort using tools like Postman, cURL, or browser developer tools to test and debug API calls.
- Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft) or app marketplaces.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, or Asana.
- Background in security software
