The primary objective of this role is to lead and strengthen the test automation strategy across both build and run activities, ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of the application.The role will focus on defining and driving the automated testing approach within the context of the ongoing application refactoring and new developments, while also supporting the current production environment (CurrentCo).This position is critical to:- structure and industrialize automated testing practices,- secure deliveries and reduce production risks,- support continuous integration and delivery pipelines,- and ensure a consistent level of quality across evolving and legacy components.

Skills :   Key Activities :- Define and lead the test automation strategy across the application- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites- Ensure test coverage for both new developments (refactoring) and existing features (CurrentCo)- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines- Collaborate closely with developers, BA, and PO to ensure testability and quality by design- Analyze requirements and define appropriate test strategies and scenarios- Execute and monitor automated test campaigns and analyze results- Identify, track, and follow up on defects until resolution- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools- Provide technical leadership on QA topics and mentor team members- Support run activities by ensuring non-regression and production stability- Maintain testing documentation and ensure knowledge sharing
