Overview
MicroTech seeks a Senior NOSC Administrator to support military network operations and military electronic health record systems for the global MEDEX/MEDXS mission. This key position coordinates operational monitoring, incident response, and service restoration across distributed mission systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network and service health and investigate operational alerts.
- Coordinate incident triage, escalation, troubleshooting, and restoration.
- Support network connectivity and service dependencies affecting military EHR systems.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with system administrators, engineers, and Government stakeholders.
- Maintain operational logs, incident records, escalation procedures, and service status reporting.
- Direct experience managing military network operations and military EHR systems.
- Ability to assess service impacts and coordinate technical response across distributed teams.
- Proven experience managing personnel deployments, navigating the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT), and coordinating host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS areas of responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience providing network administration and remote application support for TMIP or similar operational systems.
Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance and a valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining on the first day of contract performance.
- Assigned DCWF role: 441-Network Operations Specialist, Intermediate Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent, Cisco CCNP certification and CEH or Cloud+ or GCIH or GICSP or GSEC or Sec+ or SSCP or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Applicable DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualifications must be satisfied before independently performing duties requiring privileged access or covered cybersecurity functions.
Mission Commitment
This is a Government-designated Key Personnel position requiring technical and OCONUS readiness on the first day of performance and continuity throughout the assignment.
Comp Range: $82K to $115K
