Position: Esthetician / Eyebrow Artist

Position Overview

Anastasia Beverly Hills Salon is seeking a talented, professional, and personable Esthetician / Eyebrow Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty and skincare, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing a luxurious and personalized client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional eyebrow services, including waxing, tweezing, shaping, and customized brow design.
• Analyze each client’s facial features and natural brow structure to create a flattering, personalized shape.
• Perform professional waxing and other esthetic services according to salon standards.
• Provide excellent skincare consultations and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Maintain a high level of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization in all treatment areas.
• Create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every client.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and encourage client retention.
• Recommend appropriate retail products and services when beneficial to the client.
• Maintain knowledge of current beauty, skincare, and brow trends.
• Follow all salon policies, California State Board regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with the entire salon team.

Requirements

• Valid California Esthetician License required.
• At list 2+ years' experience as an esthetician and/or eyebrow artist preferred.
• Strong eyebrow shaping and facial-waxing skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for facial symmetry and aesthetics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, luxury salon environment.
• A passion for beauty, skincare, and creating exceptional client experiences.

The starting hourly wage for this position in the selected city is $16.90 plus commission and tips. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.
