Premium Pay: Double Time on Sundays and Holidays
Schedule
- 12-hour rotating shift (6:30 AM-6:30 PM / 6:30 PM-6:30 AM)
- Work 3-4 shifts, followed by scheduled days off (1, 3 or 7)

Amcor is looking for a skilled Journeyman Millwright to join our maintenance team in Neenah, WI. In this role, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to help keep production running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Install, modify, and align machinery, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other plant equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Use precision measuring instruments and shop tools to ensure equipment meets specifications.
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment as needed.
- Work with contractors and production teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and confined space requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Millwright card required.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring tools and maintenance equipment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and power transmission systems.
- Welding, fabrication, and machining experience.
- Forklift and scissor lift experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and work in various positions throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry maintenance tools, parts, and equipment.
- Ability to work around moving machinery and production equipment.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.
