Description
As a high-performing Strategic Account Manager at OnLogic, you will lead growth across NATO and European Union (EU) Public Sector portfolios, opening doors and driving revenue expansion with key defense bodies and Ministries of Defence. In addition to developing OnLogic’s presence and further development into the NATO ecosystem you possess a hunter mindset, leveraging strategic prospecting and deep defense networking to build and close high-value opportunities. You excel at navigating complex deal cycles, engaging senior defense leadership, and positioning OnLogic's cutting-edge hardware solutions to win major new business.
On an average day, you'll…
- Identify potential new customers while managing and developing existing relationships within NATO agencies (e.g., NCIA, NSPA), EU defense organizations (EDA, European Defence Fund projects), and allied Ministries of Defence (MoDs).
- Develop unique selling propositions and international sales strategies to meet targets and expand the company’s public sector and defense customer base across Europe and allied nations.
- Travel up to 50% of your time to engage key defense decision-makers, attend trade shows, and demonstrate operational solutions.
- Partner with Engineering and Sales teams to identify new product opportunities based on customer feedback and tactical/operational unit requirements in allied environments.
- Manage key accounts post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and programmatic support.
- Create business proposals, lead initial contract negotiations (including NATO BOA frameworks), and close deals as part of a collaborative international team, including managing internal stakeholders from Legal, Regulatory and Finance.
