Description
We have an exciting opportunity to be part of the transformational programme, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of how Grosvenor operates. Through the programme, you will have the opportunity to learn, develop and make a meaningful contribution to one of Grosvenor's most significant business transformation initiatives.
You will join an experienced team of internal and external professionals with extensive transformation delivery experience. Working alongside these experts will provide a unique opportunity to develop your understanding of business processes, technology solutions and change management, while building skills that will support your future career at Grosvenor.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Charge Transformation Lead with strong Service Charge expertise and, ideally, experience of business transformation or change programmes. Acting as the subject matter expert for Service Charge, you will support a range of workstreams, including data migration, solution design, business change, reporting, integrations and testing.
You will develop a deep understanding of our processes and solutions, enabling you to guide the successful adoption of new ways of working within your business area. As a key link between the programme and the wider business, you will help ensure colleagues are prepared for and supported through the transition to new processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the Grosvenor Functional Lead for Service Charge, sharing specialist knowledge across various workstreams.
- Supporting your business area in adopting new solutions and processes, serving as a ‘super user’ and championing programme knowledge within relevant teams.
- Representing the Service Charge area in solution design activities, engaging stakeholders to validate major design decisions alongside the wider Fusion team.
- Reporting directly to the Fusion Business Lead, working closely with the Project Manager and wider programme community to support successful delivery and business readiness.
- Contributing Grosvenor-specific and industry expertise to key programme deliverables and outputs.
- Apply your expertise to data migration, process mapping, reporting requirements, systems integration, solution testing, and business readiness activities within your area of responsibility.
- Possess a strong understanding of operations within your area of responsibility, recognising current practices while also identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
- Play a pivotal role in driving change and designing new ways of working at Grosvenor, helping to build your network within the organisation and develop your own leadership capabilities.
Key Requirements
- An investigative and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyse issues and identify practical solutions.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- A proactive, self-starting approach, with a focus on prioritisation and delivery.
- The ability to balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective.
- Experience of working to agreed milestones and delivering against programme timelines.
- Knowledge of service charge systems, processes and operations; experience with Yardi Voyager and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous.
OR
- Experience of, or a strong interest in, business transformation, continuous improvement or change initiatives.
- An understanding of how AI and emerging technologies can be used to enhance processes and improve ways of working.
- The ability to influence, engage and support stakeholders at all levels throughout a period of change.
- A willingness to learn, adapt and contribute positively within a fast-paced programme environment.
