Hours: Nights 7p - 7a

 

Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.

 Starting salary: $32 - $48 per hour

Join our specialized rehabilitation unit, where you'll care for patients with complex medical needs—similar to a neuro or med-surg unit. You’ll be part of a highly experienced team of tenured RNs who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.

You’ll have the daily support of Nursing Assistants and a dedicated Nursing Supervisor. Our engaged leadership team is committed to fostering a positive, responsive work environment, and our robust orientation program ensures you feel confident and prepared from day one.

Responsibilities

Choose to be an integral part of a team that helps patients achieve their greatest potential and work toward productive, independent lives. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our inpatient rehabilitation unit, you’ll provide direct patient care and serve as a key member of both the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

 

You’ll apply the nursing process—systematically assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care—to help restore and maintain each patient’s physical and psychological health, while supporting their personal goals. You’ll also serve as an educator to patients, families, and fellow team members, promoting understanding and empowerment throughout the recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.
• Certified BLS completion and maintenance required; for new hires, see CPR Requirement Guidelines for New Hires.
• Previous rehabilitation or hospital experience preferred.
