Job Description

• Manage a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software applications;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope;
• Develop and implement strategic plans for application development projects;
• Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance the development process;
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to senior management;
• Ensure compliance with software development best practices and standards;
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members;
• Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or quality;
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

80,000 to 100,000 USD
