- Work flexible hours (weekends and holidays are required).
- Have up to 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Be able to staff and train all personnel.
- Assist ownership in duties such as promotions, marketing, social media, catering events, and scheduling.
- Weekly and monthly inventories.
- Obtain a State of Indiana Liquor License.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be a Leader and lead by example.
Compensation is based on experience.
