Employment Status:  Part Time         Seasonal

Wage Range: $12.00/hr + tips

Position Summary:

All staff will be cross trained across Mojo, Cabinet Mountain and The Schwagon food truck. These employees will provide exceptional guest service by preparing espresso drinks and selling and preparing food items.

Cabinet Only: 19+ serving cocktails, beer, wine, plus the above listed

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

• Open and/or close the coffee shop/food truck.
• Complete prep work and prepare drink/food items.
• Always provide exceptional guest service.
• Operate the cash machine (Shift4Dine), balance cash, and complete appropriate paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop/food truck.
• Remain professional and courteous in both appearance and manner.
• Able to drive or ride up mountain road in winter conditions.

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Have or be willing to obtain extensive knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities, events, and activities.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Other duties as assigned

 

Specific Job Skills:

License/Certifications- Food Handlers Certification, Allergy Safety Training, if Cabinet: Alcohol Service Training (ABC Certification) (will help obtain)

Technical- Coffee and Kitchen equipment knowledge

Physical Capabilities- Combined standing/walking for up to 8 hours per shift. Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level frequently. Use hands for grasping and fine manipulation.

Additional- exposure to boiling water and steam, 500 degree oven
