  • Manage the development and maturity of stakeholder and system requirements, including quality, prioritization, allocation, and end-to-end traceability.
  • Ensure that system requirements and architectural specifications are consistently implemented, integrated, and verified in software, hardware, and testing.
  • Coordinate system baselines, configuration status, release packages, and release notes, and ensure fulfillment of agreed release criteria.
  • Actively manage risks, issues, and changes, including technical impact assessments, tracking of corrective actions, and support for defect management.
  • Provide functional leadership to the system project team through planning meetings, reviews, decision facilitation, coaching of functional owners, and continuous improvement of effective engineering processes.
  • Represent Systems Engineering status in customer reviews, scope and release reviews, Change Control Boards (CCBs), and technical project and milestone decisions.
  • Promote team-oriented collaboration and provide technical support in selecting optimal solutions.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, or a comparable field.
  • At least five years of professional experience in automotive electronics, e-mobility, or a comparable environment.
  • Initial experience in the technical leadership of teams or projects.
  • Solid knowledge of automotive electronic control unit (ECU) development, ideally in the field of high-voltage inverters.

  • Good knowledge of project management and relevant tools, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with requirements management tools, such as Polarion or DOORS.
  • Experience with task and ticket management tools, such as JIRA or IBM Rational RTC.
  • Knowledge of relevant automotive standards, such as ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, or comparable standards.
