Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay Support Specialist

The Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay Support Specialist role is responsible for supporting business teams with purchase order creation and processing, supplier coordination, invoice review, and procurement-related queries.
The role acts as a key intermediary between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and support teams to help ensure procurement activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and internal standards.

This position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within established purchasing and procurement processes.

We will count on you to:

  • Create and process purchase orders based on approved requisitions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required approvals for purchase orders
  • Review order requests to help ensure the optimal supplier is selected in line with company policies, vendor agreements, and best practices
  • Support the sourcing team in identifying potential suppliers that can meet requisition requirements
  • Assist in selecting the most appropriate supplier in collaboration with the sourcing team
  • Act as an intermediary between the business and the Supplier Maintenance team to support supplier registration in the database in line with internal standards
  • Review invoices and supporting documents as part of the IProcurement process
  • Liaise between suppliers, the business, and the invoice processing team to resolve queries and support timely payment
  • Support the business with purchase-to-pay process queries, including escalation handling and basic training

What you need to have:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to summarize information clearly and follow documented procedures and purchasing guidelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and support teams
