The Role and Impact As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize logistics operations across inbound, interplant, and outbound materials, equipment, and finished goods. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of critical processes and meeting performance metrics that drive operational excellence and efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact deliveries, supply chain reliability, and Intel's broader logistics capabilities. Business group The Logistics Operations Manager role belongs to Intel's Foundry Business Group, which focuses on ensuring the efficient movement and management of materials and finished goods to support manufacturing processes and customer delivery. This team is dedicated to driving operational excellence through collaboration, innovation, and best practices, contributing to Intel's mission of delivering world-class solutions to customers globally. In addition to Ops LOM Key Responsibilities, this integration lead will - Drive end to end BEL foundry new deal operational integration; - Serve as the sole operation bridge between site operations and the global program management team - Lead logistics operation readiness, translate complex commercial deal parameters into detailed physical logistics routings; - Engage operation SME and 3PL, set up operation process, new capability landing; - Manage risks, own the trajectory from NPI intake thru full high volume manufacturing; LOM Key Responsibilities - Manage logistics operations for inbound, interplant, and outbound shipments of materials, equipment, and finished goods. - Provide dock operations ownership to support site start-up, ramp, and steady-state logistics execution. - Monitor and drive performance against logistics KPIs, compliance requirements, and operational standards. - Analyze logistics processes and data to identify inefficiencies, defects, and opportunities for continuous improvement. - Track, escalate, and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and execution exceptions to ensure continuity of deliveries. - Manage critical logistics escalations to minimize disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external logistics providers to optimize supply chain execution. - Leverage analytical and digital tools to develop solutions that enhance cost, speed, quality, and reliability. - Provide regular updates to senior leaders on logistics performance, risk assessments, and operational readiness. - Drive operational readiness to support capacity growth, customer ramps, and logistics initiatives.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Expertise in warehouse operations, compliance, and supplier governance, demonstrating end-to-end accountability.
- Proficiency in SAP/Transportation Management Systems (TMS), inventory control, and performance metric tracking.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable decisions and sustained improvements.
- Technical proficiency in monitoring logistics KPIs and driving operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics operations or 3PL management with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master's degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced operational conditions.
- Track record of initiative, independence, and delivering results in ambiguous situations.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency, balancing strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
- Experience supporting customer ramps, operational transformations, or large-scale logistics initiatives.
