Senior Manager / Associate Director, Market

A growing commercial-stage biotechnology company is seeking a remote U.S.-based Senior Manager or Associate Director of Market Access and Reimbursement to expand patient access to an innovative oncology testing portfolio. This role will refine and execute commercial coverage strategy and pursue favorable coding, coverage, and payment with public and private payers.

The position will develop payer value materials, engage health plans and Medicare Administrative Contractors, assess reimbursement policy, and partner with clinical, billing, marketing, and sales teams. Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of healthcare industry experience, including 7 or more years in market access and reimbursement, experience with laboratory-developed or in vitro products, knowledge of HEOR, managed care, and health policy, and a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
